The Wireless Deer Fence™ will provide satisfactory deer control or you can return them to us within two years of purchase and we will immediately refund your purchase price. If any post is found to be defective within two years of purchase, notify us and we will replace it postage paid.
Our liability is limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement of the posts as stated. All other liabilities are excluded.
Commercial use: The Wireless Deer Fence™ is intended for use in yards and gardens. For commercial applications it can be used but you should realize that it is a deer training system and there is a training period during which there may be some damage. The Wireless Deer Fence™ will not completely exclude deer from a large area but it will effectively protect planting within that area and it will reduce the deer population in an area. The Wireless Deer Fence™ has been used successfully in vineyards, hay lots, orchards, farms, etc. but commercial users should realize that the system may not be 100% effective.
